Víctor JORDÁN RAMÍREZ

Víctor is a senior leader in Contract and Commercial Management with 15+ years of international experience delivering large-scale infrastructure across civil works, water, and oil & gas. His career spans five continents, where he has built and led contract management, project control, and planning departments for projects worth billions of euros.

Currently, Víctor serves as Global Head of Contract Management & Planning at ACCIONA, where he advises on commercial policies across a worldwide portfolio and leads a team of 60+ professionals. Víctor focuses on EPC, PPP concessions, and alliance contracts, ensuring effective negotiation, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution strategies.

His diverse career path—from site engineer to global director—has given Víctor a holistic view of construction projects. He has been directly involved in disputes and claims on live projects, many resolved through ADR (mediation, adjudication, dispute boards) and, when necessary, litigation and arbitration. This practical experience is complemented by his academic foundation: MSc in Civil Engineering, an Executive MBA, PMP® certification, and ongoing Law studies.
