Xiaoye YE

Xiaoye Ye is a Director at HKA based in Paris, France. She has over a decade of experience in large international construction projects across multiple industries, including energy, oil and gas, marine, infrastructure and building sectors. She assisted quantum expert witnesses on multiple arbitration proceedings and alternative dispute resolution forums in relation to projects located in North America, South America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
