These offers allow you to experience your #PAW2024, and develop your network during informal meetings, in privileged locations.

Mandarin Oriental Paris 5* – Palace

Rate is 750 EUR per room and per night on single occupancy with internet and breakfast included. 
For double occupancy rate is 800 EUR with internet and breakfast included – Rate available until February 15^th 2024.
A credit card is required at time of booking, no charges will be made until check-out. 
Make sure to update the number of guest to get the accurate rate and not pay an extra breakfast.
The hotel reserves the right to take an authorization on the credit card provided at booking to guarantee the booking.
Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 12pm.

Cancellation policy: Once confirmed, the booking can be cancelled free of charge until 3 pm seven days prior to arrival. A full non-refundable deposit of the entire stay will be requested 7 days prior arrival.

Hoxton Hotel Paris 4*

Mix of COSY and ROOMY categories (subject to availability).
From March 18th to March 22nd, 2024 (4 nights).

The supplement for double occupancy in a room is €20.
The city tax of €5.75 per person per night will be charged separately (applicable from January 1st, 2024).
Non refundable rate.
Rate available until January 12th, 2024.

Le Bristol Paris 5* – Palace

Code for PAW 2024 Special Rate : 2304PARIS.
The code is to complete in the Group Code box bottom right of the booking date page (see image).
Rate is 790 EUR per room and per night on single occupancy with internet and breakfast included. 

Conditions of booking :
A certain number of bedrooms have been reserved at a preferential rate for the Paris Arbitration Week.
These preferential conditions are available from the 17^th and the 23^rd March 2024, and for a minimum of 2 nights stay.

Preferential rate is guaranteed upon availability until the 31^st December 2023.
From January 1st 2024, rates and conditions will be upon availability.

Cancelation policy :
Cancelation without penalty until 8 days prior arrival.
For any cancelation between 7 and 1 days prior arrival, 1 night will be charged as penalty.
For any cancelation with 24 hours prior arrival, or no-show, the full stay will be charged.
