Join us for a tour around the world on recent developments in arbitration laws and recent adopted amendments in different jurisdictions, including the Chinese "Draft Amended Arbitration Law" with its proposed revisions to the Chinese Arbitration Law issued on 30 July 2021, which has yet not been enacted.
As to the European jurisdictions, we will be looking at:
a. Germany and its "Key points of the Federal Ministry of Justice on the modernization of German arbitration law"
b. UK with its Review of the Arbitration Act 1996: Final Report and Bill issued on 6 September 2023
c. Greece, and its new law 5016/2023 governing international commercial arbitrations enacted on 4 February 2023
d. Israel, which also enacted its new International Commercial Arbitration Law on 14 February 2024
