Le16Law, in collaboration with Young ITA and Young Arbitral Women Practitioners, will host a lively afternoon of discussion around excellency in oral advocacy, with top tips for junior practitioners starting out on their journey as advocates in international arbitration. You will hear from expert counsel and arbitrators on their experience in advocacy and the different approaches to take to cross examination in order to make the most of the time with each witness, including “do’s and don’ts”, the different approaches to fact and expert witnesses and tips on how to get your first chance at oral advocacy.
