This webinar will examine recent trends in the enforcement of arbitral awards, starting with an analysis of the impact of EU law on enforcement in and outside the EU. Speakers will then examine the latest developments in dealing with corruption allegations, with a focus on the recent decisions of French courts in that regard and a broader discussion on whether the recent French case law is likely to harm the position of Paris as one of the preferred arbitral seats. Finally, our panelists will discuss the latest trends in the enforcement of annulled awards, with an emphasis on the US.
