Presentation

This event will examine the dispute landscape arising from the European energy crisis. The crisis has triggered a significant wave of arbitrations and related proceedings, particularly in the oil, gas and LNG sectors, and continues to reshape contractual risk allocation, pricing mechanisms, force majeure claims and the scope of regulatory intervention worldwide.

Against this backdrop, the event will provide a timely forum to take stock of disputes to date, analyse emerging trends in arbitral practice and party strategy, and explore where future disputes are most likely to arise as energy markets continue to evolve. The discussion will be of interest to arbitration practitioners, in-house counsel, and industry participants navigating the complex intersection of energy markets, long-term contracts and international arbitration.

Speakers will be announced shortly.
