Presentation

On the occasion of the 10th edition of Paris Arbitration Week, the Comité Français de l'Arbitrage (CFA), as founding member, looks forward to discussing why Paris and French arbitration law have historically been and remain a trailblazer of modern arbitration law and practice.

An exceptional line-up of speakers who embody such dynamism and excellence will discuss the landmark international arbitration rulings rendered by French courts which have shaped arbitration law in France and abroad as well as the procedural features which make Paris a friendly and prominent seat of arbitration.

For this very special edition of PAW, the President of the Paris Bar, Monsieur le Bâtonnier Louis Degos, will be our guest, along with Alexis Mourre, Philippe Pinsolle, Laura Fadlallah and Shaparak Saleh.
