About us

The Cercle des Avocats du Secteur Défense (CASD) is an association bringing together lawyers working for the defence industry.

Its aim is to foster discussion among practitioners on various legal issues specific to the industry and to promote exchanges between legal professionals, institutions and companies.

The founders are David Apelbaum (ABPH Avocats), Alexandre Celse (Brocardi Celse), Maxime Molkhou (NEMROD Avocats), Cecilia Pechmeze (Pechmeze Law) and Alexandre Reynaud (TALMA Dispute Resolution).
