Presentation

The global data centre market continues to be one of the most dynamic and growing areas of the global economy. As AI and cloud-computing advancements accelerate digital transformation, the data centre market is evolving faster than ever. The increased spotlight on the sector, coupled with booming global demand for new data centre development, is bringing fresh challenges, as well as significant opportunities.

Set against Paris Arbitration Week’s mandate to tackle cutting-edge issues in international arbitration and to connect users, counsel and experts across jurisdictions, this session will focus on data centres which are at a forefront of global evolution and digital transformation.

Panellists will draw on their experience across the UK and European markets and share perspectives that span full data centre project lifecycle. From project inception, through delivery to project recovery, claims and arbitration, guests will gain practical insights from a broad range of experts into how risks emerge across complex data centre projects and how they can crystallise into claims or disputes.

Guests will leave better equipped to anticipate the evolving disputes trends and to adopt practical contractual, governance and project‑management strategies from the outset that support successful delivery, early issue resolution and, where necessary, efficient dispute resolution.
