About us

The Portugal Very Young Arbitration Practitioners (PT-VYAP) was created to provide a dedicated platform for young students and lawyers interested in arbitration, or already practicing in this field, in Portugal or with a connection to Portugal. PT-VYAP aims to promote the visibility of its members within the Portuguese arbitration community while fostering their integration into the international arbitration network.

PT-VYAP’s activities are structured around three core pillars: training, integration, and interaction. These include initiatives designed to introduce younger audiences to arbitration and develop practical skills (such as workshops), conferences and debates that encourage dialogue between members and experienced practitioners, and informal networking opportunities that strengthen professional connections among members.
