Derains & Gharavi will be hosting the 6th Edition of the Lusophones’ Arbitration Meeting on Wednesday 29 March 2023 from 4:30 pm until 6:30 pm (Paris time), in hybrid format, during the Paris Arbitration Week (PAW), followed by cocktail.

This year the participants will discuss the topic “Arbitrator Challenges: Independence and Impartiality Revisited.” The two panels of the meeting will discuss the following subtopics:

Panel I. What and When to Disclose?
Panel II. The Control of Independence and Impartiality: Lusophones' Trends

This event will be entirely conducted in Portuguese.
