ArbCEE Take a Seat! Roadshow – Stop 1: Annulment of Arbitral Awards in the CEE

In 2024, ArbCEE launched its first major cross-jurisdictional initiative, the “Take a Seat!” project, aimed at providing a practical overview of various CEE arbitration seats and their approaches to key arbitration-related questions through legal, statistical, and practical insights into each jurisdiction. The project culminated in the publication of the “Take a Seat!” report, which will be available both online and in hard copy. This comprehensive yet accessible resource covers 19 CEE jurisdictions, presented in an engaging and user-friendly format.

The findings of the “Take a Seat!” report are now being showcased through a dedicated roadshow, highlighting the CEE jurisdictions and their arbitration frameworks.

At PAW 2025, ArbCEE is honored to host the launch event of “Take a Seat!”. Our panelists will present the latest developments in their respective CEE jurisdictions and engage in an in-depth discussion on the grounds for the annulment of arbitral awards in the CEE.
