It gathers several authors who have contributed to the book and will discuss the interaction between FIDIC contracts and national laws on selected topics with a view to assess their relevance for international arbitration.

The panel will be moderated by an experienced in-house counsel who has been exposed to projects governed by FIDIC contracts.

Attendees will be able to network over a cocktail taking place early enough (around 18h00) to allow participants to join the PAW Opening Cocktail.
