Derains & Gharavi will be hosting a panel on “Tobacco & Beyond: Case Law and Perspectives” led by Hamid Gharavi and Jérôme Aubert, GM of Davidoff France. The panel will focus on investment and commercial case law in arbitration relating to the tobacco industry and perspectives arising out of sanctions or measures taken by governments for public health purposes.

This event will take place at the Musée de la Chasse and is therefore by invitation only or upon application by from industry players, practitioners, scholars and/or cigar enthusiasts in writing by March 10th to conference@derainsgharavi.com.
