Presentation

The panel, co-hosted by the Association Franco-Chinoise pour le Droit Économique, will discuss the latest court annulment decisions across Europe and Asia.

Further, the panelists will discuss the latest court practices in light of relevant amendment of national laws, in particular the effect of the new PR Chinese Arbitration Law.

Colin Liew, Director, Providence Law Asia (Singapore),
who represented the intra-EU investor defending against Poland in the annulment proceedings DNZ v. DOA, DOB at the Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC). SICC did not accept the intra-EU objection and upheld the ECT Award against Poland.
