The panel will discuss French and Brazilian perspectives on hot-topics related to corporate disputes, including claims brought by minority shareholders, abuse of the controlling position of majority shareholders, how arbitrators can deal with potentially fraudulent reports in a company’s accounts and matters of public policy related to M&A disputes.
