Cette série de tables rondes sera consacrée aux évolutions récentes du droit de l’arbitrage et accordera une attention particulière à la réforme du droit de l’arbitrage en France. Elle examinera également la manière dont l’arbitrage international s’adapte à un ordre public en constante évolution, ainsi qu’aux nouveaux enjeux qui en résultent.

This series of roundtables will explore recent developments in arbitration law, with particular emphasis on the reform of French arbitration law. It will also consider how international arbitration responds to an evolving public policy framework and the new challenges that arise from it.
