Presentation

Trillions of dollars are flowing into AI infrastructure: hyperscale data centers, bespoke “AI factories,” and the energy projects needed to power them. This program explores how that infrastructure boom is reshaping the landscape of contractual disputes and arbitration.

Panelists will examine the key contract archetypes—capacity-reservation and long-term supply agreements for compute and chips, colocation and data-center development agreements, EPC and equipment contracts, cloud services and revenue-sharing deals, and PPAs and grid-access arrangements—and the recurring pressure points that give rise to arbitrations (delay, performance shortfalls, change in law, export controls, ESG and power-availability risk).

The session will be concluded by a cocktail reception.
