As the world order is shifting and geopolitical tensions are rising, space is quickly becoming a new focus of attention. Satellite services are increasingly seen as crucial military capabilities and attract record public and private investments into the development of sovereign space infrastructure. At the same time, a space race is underway as governments and companies are competing for resources and strategic advantages. Our panel will discuss the commercial, investment and inter-State disputes that can arise out of these new scenarios.
