Presentation

For the third year in a row, the Turkic Arbitration Association brings together leading arbitration experts from Turkic countries to discuss key developments shaping dispute resolution across the region. This panel convenes distinguished practitioners, arbitrators, and institutional representatives to explore emerging trends, institutional cooperation, and practical challenges in arbitration practice within Turkic jurisdictions.

The discussion will focus on evolving legislative frameworks, case law developments, and regional initiatives that are enhancing the arbitration landscape. Panelists will share insights on investment treaty arbitration and best practices for advocacy and case management in the Turkic context.

Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how arbitration practice is developing across the Turkic world and the opportunities for greater regional collaboration and harmonization.

This event is organised in cooperation with the Azerbaijan Arbitration Association and kindly sponsored by Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer and hosted by Azerbaijan Cultural Centre.
