The Evolution of International Water Law in Light of its Inclusion into Economic Law: Water-Related Challenges in Africa (in French)

This conference is organized in partnership with the African Academy for International Law Practice, in the context of the 4th edition of the Annual Day for International Law in Africa.
This conference will start with an overview of water-related issues in Africa, and of the actors and sectors which must be taken into account when designing, financing and implementing international projects.
The panelists will also discuss international disputes arising between private and/or public actors in relation to water access and management issues.
