This session addresses the need for speed in international arbitration. Not in the sense of conducting fast and efficient dispute resolution. But in the sense of securing assets and rights necessary for achieving a successful and truly valuable outcome of the dispute resolution process.

The panel will address:

Emergency arbitration and provisional measures under various arbitration systems;
Cross-border attachments in multi-jurisdictional disputes, including international enforcability of attachment orders in aid of arbitration; and Attachment or seizure of fast-moving assets, such as invested funds, digital currency, vessels and aircraft.
