About us

The Association of Commercial and Transactional ADR Professionals (ACT-ADR) is a non-profit professional association that brings together dispute resolution and prevention professionals with deep hands-on operational experience in business, transactional, and financial matters.

ACT-ADR is an invitation-only organization that promotes dispute management processes that are aligned with business objectives.

ACT-ADR professionals have years of experience as both senior executives of public and private domestic and multinational businesses and senior lawyers in corporations or law firms, including significant dispute avoidance and resolution experience.

We serve as arbitrators, mediators, settlement counsel and advisors in challenging domestic and international commercial disputes. We bring our combined legal and business acumen to the dispute resolution process, helping parties avoid and, where necessary, resolve domestic and international commercial disputes and mitigate business risks and economic losses.
