About us

E L W I is an independent law firm operating in Russia, Moscow. The firm was founded by a team of lawyers from Latham & Watkins’ Moscow office, further strengthened by outstanding specialists from leading international law firms.

About the Dispute Resolution practice:
International arbitration, proceedings in Russian courts and advice on sanctions regulation are historically our core expertise.
Our litigation team includes lawyers who have developed their experience in dispute resolution at leading international law firms as well as leading Russian industrial holdings and distressed asset management companies. Our team also comprises lawyers who are qualified in English and French law and have considerable experience in advising clients on various aspects of law enforcement.
