Haaart Foundation
About us
HAAART Foundation is a prominent non-profit organization that promotes international law (both private and public) and empowers global peace and justice through innovative research, education, and advocacy. Through that purpose the aim is to establish a community of scholars, policymakers, and leaders who firmly uphold international law and advocate for human dignity.
HAAART is an initiative that harnesses the collective wisdom and expertise of its members. Our team of dedicated professionals is assembled through this invaluable resource to conduct advanced research and innovative problem-solving with the ultimate goal of proposing sustainable solutions to global conflicts. Four organs: Peace and Justice Centre (HPJC), International Academy of Law (HIAL), International Court of Arbitration (HICA), and International Consortium of Lawyers (HICL) are involved in the Foundation's work.
Arbitration plays a crucial role in our Foundation. First, through HAAART International Court of Arbitration (HICA), we provide a neutral and impartial forum for international arbitration and mediation between states, facilitating the resolution of disputes and promoting peaceful relations with a mission to provide an effective, efficient, and impartial mechanism for resolving international disputes, upholding the rule of law, and fostering cooperation among nations. Second, through our HAAART Arbitration Training Programs, we are preparing the future generation of international arbitrators.
