Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI)

The Netherlands Arbitration Institute Foundation (NAI) is a foundation established under Dutch law. The NAI facilitates and promotes dispute resolution through arbitration, mediation and binding advice. The NAI is a leading arbitration institute and operates at the top of the market. With a total amount in dispute reaching €4 billion, the NAI demonstrates its ability to administer complex and high-stakes proceedings. The fact that more than half of the new cases are in English and about half include a non-Dutch party shows that the NAI is often used for resolving international disputes.
