Adriana VENTURINI


Federal Prosecutor General

Adriana Maia Venturini has served as Federal Attorney General of the Attorney General of the Union of Brazil since January 1, 2023 and is part of the Brazilian Group at the Permanent Court of Arbitration (The Hague). In 2022, she coordinated the Special Legal Advisory of the Technical Working Groups of the Transition Office of the Government of the Presidency in Brazil.

She began her career as a Federal Prosecutor in 2002 and was responsible for creating and structuring the largest regional unit of the Federal Attorney General's Office, which she headed for eight years. She also served as Studies Coordinator at the Higher School of the Attorney General's Office (AGU).

She conducted research as a Visiting Scholar at the Center on Global Economic Governance at SIPA, Columbia University, in New York (July 2018 to August 2019), and has a master's degree in Public Policy and Economic Development from IPEA/ESAF (Brazil).
