ABENMANSOUR

Dr. Affef Ben Mansour is a French-Tunisian attorney, arbitrator and mediator based in Paris. Her practice focuses on Commercial and Investment Arbitration, Public international Law and European Law.
She has been involved in many complex arbitration cases in Europe, Middle-East and Africa.
Dr. Ben Mansour has been a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration (Tunisia) for two mandates. She is also enlisted in the panel of arbitrators of numerous arbitration centers and she is as well enlisted on the roster of potential mediators for Compliance Advisor Ombudsman, the African Development Bank Independent Recourse Mechanism (AfdB-IRM) and the Complaints mechanism of the European Investment Bank EIB-CM.
She participates to the sessions of the UNCITRAL Working Group III on Investor-State Dispute Settlement Reform, either as a State’s counsel or representative of ArbitralWomen. She has also advised the IOF on issues relating to ISDS Reform.
Dr. Ben Mansour continues her research and teaching activities as an Associate Researcher and regularly publishes on Public International Law, European law and gives lectures on various topics related to International Arbitration, Public International Law and European Law.
Her working languages are French (native), Arabic and English.
