Alice Fremuth-Wolf is counsel with PARAGON Advocacy specializing in international dispute resolution and litigation finance, acting as senior legal consultant to Swiss funder Nivalion for matters relating to Austria & the CEE region. She has been recognised in 2024 and 2025 by Lexology Index (formerly WWL) as Thought Leader in Third Party Funding. From 2012-2021, Alice served as (first Deputy, then) Secretary General of the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC). She is a lecturer for arbitration at the Department of Civil Procedure at the Law Faculty of Vienna University and frequently acts as guest lecturer. She has authored numerous articles and books on arbitration, ADR and litigation finance. Alice graduated in law from Vienna University (Dr.iur.) and holds an LL.M. degree from London School of Economics and Political Science. She is admitted to the Austrian bar, is a trained mediator and a mediation advocate.
