Anastasia Davis Bondarenko is the founder of Davis Dispute Advisory, a consultancy dedicated to advising clients on litigation finance and on the enforcement of arbitral awards.
Prior to founding Davis Dispute Advisory, Anastasia served as Senior Vice President at Fortress Investment Group, where she advised on international arbitration investments and led complex cross-border enforcement campaigns. Earlier in her career, Anastasia was in private practice where she represented private and sovereign clients in the context of complex and high-value commercial, investment, and state-to-state disputes.
Anastasia is qualified to practice law in Paris, New York, and Quebec, and is recognised as a Thought Leader in Who’s Who Legal: Third Party Funding and among Lawdragon’s Global 100 Leaders in Litigation Finance.
She teaches Third-Party Funding in International Arbitration at Université Paris-Saclay (Master 2 Arbitrage & Commerce International), regularly speaks at conferences, and contributes to publications on dispute resolution funding and enforcement.
Growing up, Anastasia trained in ballet and circus - surprisingly useful preparation for keeping Paris Arbitration Week perfectly choreographed.
