Anne Fragny is a Director within PwC France’s Arbitration, Litigation and Investigations practice, where she supports corporations and law firms in navigating complex, high‑stakes disputes. With a dual background in finance and law, she operates at the intersection of financial and legal issues, bringing a rigorous, structured and dispute‑focused approach to her work.

Her expertise spans a wide range of financial and economic analyses in contentious and pre‑contentious contexts, including:
- Assessment of damages and financial analyses in commercial and investment arbitration
- Post‑acquisition disputes, including purchase price adjustments and valuation‑related disagreements
- Economic and financial analyses supporting legal teams in complex litigation
- Financial analysis and investigative work in contentious or pre‑contentious situations

Anne has worked across numerous sectors, including energy, infrastructure, consumer goods, private equity, real estate, industrials and technology.

She holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from EDHEC Business School and a law degree from Université Paris 1 Panthéon‑Sorbonne, and leverages this multidisciplinary expertise to effectively support clients facing arbitration, litigation and investigative challenges.
