Diana BOWMAN

Diana Bowman is Secretary-General at the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA), based in Sydney. Prior to joining ACICA in 2024, Diana was Senior Legal Counsel at Bouygues Construction Australia (in Sydney) and VINCI Energies (in France and in Australia). Diana previously worked in private practice, including in the International Arbitration Department of White & Case LLP in Paris.
Diana holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Melbourne (Australia), along with an LLM in French & European Law from the Université Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne. She teaches in the LLM International Construction Contracts programme at the Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas (Paris and Singapore campuses) and is qualified as a lawyer in Australia and in France.
