Elena FEDOROVA

Elena Fedorova is an international litigator with a recognised expertise in complex financial crime and sanctions law. She regularly represents clients in complex cross-border civil litigation and in enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards and subsequent asset recovery cases, including for/against sovereigns.

Her dual qualification in French and Russian law provides her clients with a decisive advantage, particularly in matters bridging the European Union and the Commonwealth of Independent States. This fluency in different legal cultures and procedures brings a unique cross-border perspective to her practice.

Prior to founding her own practice between Nice and Paris, Elena spent over 15 years in prominent law firms in Moscow and Paris.

Elena Fedorova has been consistently recognized by leading industry publications, including being named a Thought Leader in GIR Asset Recovery by Lexology Index (formerly Who’s Who Legal) for 2022–2025, and featured in GRR’s Women in Restructuring (2023).
