Eugenie CAROIT

Eugénie Caroit is Counsel specializing in International Arbitration at Costa Rodrigues Advogados in São Paulo. She holds an LL.M. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Masters in Economic Law from Sciences Po Paris, as well as a Licence from Sciences Po Paris. She has extensive experience in international arbitration matters. Her practice encompasses international law, international relations, corporations, trial advocacy, and contract negotiations. She has participated in the review of the Portuguese version of the (draft) Pan-African Investment Code and assisted during negotiation sessions held in Kampala, Uganda.
