François MICHAUD

François Michaud​ is a mechanical engineer with over ten years of experience analysing delay and disruption on construction and engineering projects. He has been appointed as a delay expert on multiple occasions.

François has testified and been cross-examined as an expert witness in arbitration proceedings and has been appointed as an independent expert in litigation and adjudication. He has prepared expert reports for projects with values in excess to €2 billion and has assisted in the production of reports as lead delay analyst.

François has analysed delays and disruptions on complex construction and engineering projects. He has also provided independent expert opinion to contractors and employers on multiple occasions regarding extension of time, loss of productivity, acceleration, and other time-related matters.
