Gary BLACKBURN
Gary is a practicing quantum and delay expert and highly experienced quantity surveyor, with over three decades of experience providing him with extensive knowledge of the analysis, preparation, defense, and negotiation of construction claims.
He works with leading domestic and international construction and engineering clients to avoid, mitigate and resolve disputes. He has acted as an expert advisor and expert witness on behalf of contractors, and sub-contractors in respect of quantum, disruption, and delay on disputes to €900M.
Gary’s experience is in the construction industry where he has gained knowledge in the analysis, preparation, defense, and negotiation of engineering and construction claims. He has provided advice to clients on building, civil engineering, and process projects for leading domestic and international construction and engineering clients to avoid, mitigate and resolve disputes.
