Jason FRY

Jason is the global head of the Clifford Chance's International Arbitration Group. He is a former Secretary General of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and co‑author of the Secretariat’s Guide to ICC Arbitration. He has represented clients in arbitrations held under all major arbitral rules including SIAC, ICC, LCIA, SCIA, UNCITRAL, PCA and ICSID. He is an experienced advocate, having appeared as counsel in more than 100 cases in his career and sits as an arbitrator. Jason is a Visiting Fellow at the Dickson Poon School of Law, Centre for Construction Law, King’s College, London. He is a Solicitor Advocate, England and Wales, a King’s Counsel and is an Avocat à la Cour, Paris bar.
