Jeremy PEIRANI

Jeremy Peirani is an Associate Director at Diales, a consultancy firm providing advisory and expert witness services to the construction and engineering industry.

He has over 15 years of experience in commercial management, dispute avoidance and resolution in arbitration, litigation and mediation, on French and international projects across various sectors including water treatment plants, nuclear plants, interconnectors, offshore oil and gas facilities and wind farms, metros, hospitals and fit-out.

Jeremy holds a Msc degree in Construction and Engineering and a LLM degree in Construction Law and Arbitration; he is a CMAP/ESCP Accredited Mediator and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the French Society of Construction Law (French SCL) and the Institute of Contract Management (ICM).
