Jungmin CHO

Jungmin Cho is Lead Counsel for EMEA and APAC Distribution at Amazon Prime Video, where she advises on strategic partnerships with telecom operators and equipment manufacturers, and drives technology-driven initiatives to scale legal and regulatory workflows. Jungmin’s career spans both the technology and energy sectors and includes experience in cross-border disputes and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Amazon, she served as Senior Compliance Lawyer at TotalEnergies and was a Senior Associate in the International Arbitration Group at Dentons in Paris. Her arbitration experience includes representing corporate and sovereign clients in commercial and investment matters under ICC, ICDR, ICSID, and SCC rules. Jungmin began her career in New York as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court (SDNY) to the Late Honorable Harold Baer, Jr. and as a litigation/arbitration associate at Chaffetz Lindsey.

Admitted to the bars of New York and Paris, Jungmin holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Columbia University. She was also an instructor of U.S. Commercial Litigation at the University of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne from 2020 to 2024.
