Louis DANEL

Louis is a Director in the London office of Turner & Townsend and a member of the Claims & Disputes team providing consultation on construction projects in the areas of programming, contract review, programme assessment, cost, productivity, time impact, delay and disruption, as well as other project management and dispute avoidance matters on construction projects worldwide.

Louis delivers international project management and advisory engagements for complex capital and real estate projects, supporting clients throughout the project lifecycle, from strategy through business case, risk management and recovery advisory, to successfully deliver their capital projects and plan strategic investments.

He has extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Louis has also worked on planning and programming assignments. He has been involved in the preparation of preliminary and expert reports, has been conducting project record forensic research and interviews of key project personnel and has performed the analysis and investigation of delay in a wide range of contexts and using a variety of methodologies.

Louis previously worked for seven years at Deloitte in the Real Assets advisory team. Louis also worked at Accuracy (a strategy consulting firm), at Navigant Consulting (a management consulting company) and at Veolia (a global leader in environmental solutions and energy services).
