Marco Molina is a partner in BakerHostetler’s International Arbitration and Litigation Group, where he represents sovereign states, multinational corporations and private investors in complex cross-border disputes. He has extensive experience in high-stakes international arbitrations under the ICSID, SIAC, UNCITRAL, HKIAC, LCIA, ICC, ICDR, CPR and AAA rules, as well as in related litigation before U.S. federal and state courts.
