Marion GADY


Managing Director

Marion Gady is a Managing Director in FTI’s Paris office. She joined FTI in 2011.

Marion has been assisting leading companies and law firms for over 15 years. Specialized in valuation issues, her expertise covers valuation in the context of M&A, as well as the quantification of damages claims in domestic and international commercial and investment disputes. She has assisted French and multinational companies, and leading law firms, in various countries around the world including Africa and Europe. Her experience covers many different industry sectors including energy, distribution, real estate, services, mining, construction, telecommunications, and food.

In the context of international arbitration disputes, Marion has been involved in c. 50 international arbitration procedures, mainly before the International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”) and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (“ICSID”). She has been appointed as an expert three times and has provided oral evidence twice, in English. Marion is one of the experts listed by Lexology Index: Arbitration Recommended Expert. Peers and clients have said that "Marion is an incredible quantum expert. She is one of the best in the field“ ; "She was excellent in cross-examination and delivered timely and cost-effective advice throughout the arbitration“.

She is fully proficient in French and English.

Marion is a member of the Paris Arbitration Week Board.
