Nasser AL ADBA
Dr. Nasser Al-Adba is the Founder and Managing Director of Omani & Partners, where he also leads the firm’s Arbitration Department. Holding a Ph.D. in International Investment Arbitration, Dr. Al-Adba is also a professor of international investment law at Qatar University and has served as a WTO panellist since 2016. His expertise spans PPPs, infrastructure contracts, energy disputes, and treaty negotiations.
He is the former Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) – Qatar and is a recognized authority in international arbitration, investment law, and dispute resolution across the MENA region.
Dr. Al-Adba has advised governments and multinational corporations on high-stakes matters involving trade, construction, and cross-border investments. His leadership continues to shape legal reform, arbitration best practices, and dispute avoidance strategies in the MENA and beyond.
