Natalia GAUCHER

Natalia Gaucher is co-founder and president of the Club de l'arbitrage, which promotes arbitration as a form of justice and reflects on its current challenges.

She holds a doctorate in law from Aix-Marseille University and is a trainee lawyer at Clay Arbitration.

As a teacher, researcher, and future lawyer, she promotes the role of law and justice in a society facing major political and social crises and challenges.

In this regard, her doctoral thesis demonstrates that international arbitration, even if it is a private justice, contributes to safeguarding the public interest in the resolution of international disputes.
