Pascal GROSJEAN

Pascal Grosjean, is General Manager of the Offshore Business Unit and Executive Committee Member at Equans BeLux, where he lead the delivery of large-scale offshore wind infrastructure projects across Europe.
With over 30 years of international experience in offshore energy, Pascal has held senior executive roles at Equans, TechnipFMC and Saipem, overseeing complex EPC and EPCI energy projects in oil & gas, subsea construction and offshore wind. He has led global capital expenditure programs and managed and managed large project organizations operating in high-risk, multi-jurisdictional project environments across Europe, Mediterranean and Africa.
Pascal has been directly involved in claims strategy, dispute management and negotiated settlements in major infrastructure projects. His expertise lies at the intersection of project governance, risk allocation and dispute prevention in the energy transition sector.
