I am a specialist in the management of construction and engineering dispute resolution and bring many years of experience to assignments for party-to-party claims, dispute boards, adjudication and arbitration. I am included on the FIDIC President’s List of Approved Dispute Adjudicators.

Technical strengths and capabilities based upon extensive involvement in World class major projects, coupled with masters degree in Construction Law and Arbitration from King’s College, London qualification as a FIDIC Certified Adjudicator.

Throughout the 40 years of an international career I have been fortunate to be involved major engineering and building projects in the UK, Europe, US, Central America, Asia, Africa and Australia. Career highlights includ major dam, hydro power station, shipping locks, highways, offshore wind, gas plant, water treatment, rail infrastructure and metro projects as well as landmark commercial and hotel developments and a teaching hospital.
