Rebeca MOSQUERA

Rebeca is a Senior Counsel at Saudi Aramco in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where she advises the company on international litigation and arbitration. A dual-qualified lawyer in New York and Panama, Rebeca represented sovereigns and companies in complex commercial and investor-state arbitrations under ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC, AAA/ICDR, and LCIA rules, and in ad-hoc proceedings. Her work spans the full life cycle of high-stakes disputes in energy, infrastructure, and enforcement. Rebeca also serves as President of ArbitralWomen.
