Sylvain BOLLÉE

Sylvain Bollée is a Professor at the Sorbonne Law School (Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University). He is the author of numerous publications in the field of arbitration, international trade law, and private international law. In particular, he co-authored a leading book on international commercial law and foreign investments (LGDJ, 3rd ed., 2019, with M. Audit and P. Callé), and is the author of a course on the inherent powers of international arbitrators published in the Collected Courses of The Hague Academy of International Law in 2021.

Sylvain Bollée est Professeur à l’Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Il codirige le Master 2 arbitrage et droit du commerce international de l’Ecole de droit de La Sorbonne. Il est l’auteur de nombreuses publications dans le domaine du droit international privé, du droit du commerce international et international et de l’arbitrage, notamment un cours publié au recueil de l’Académie de droit international de la Haye sur les pouvoirs inhérents des arbitres internationaux.
