Tatiana Minaeva is an international arbitration lawyer and arbitrator with over 20 years of experience practising in Russia and the United Kingdom. Before establishing her independent practice in the UAE (Dubai) she practised in major international law firms, where she was a partner from 2012.

Tatiana has represented major corporates and private clients in complex commercial arbitrations, and has acted for both investors and governments in investor–state proceedings, including matters involving Central Asia. Her experience spans disputes relating to energy and natural resources, finance, construction, shipping and international trade.

Tatiana has sat as arbitrator since 2014, including as sole arbitrator, under the Rules of the LCIA, ICC, SCC, ICAC, SIAC, DIAC and HKIAC, as well as in ad hoc arbitrations.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), she is ranked “Highly Recommended” in Lexology Index: Arbitration (2025 and 2026), and was previously recognised as a Global Leader in Who’s Who Legal: Arbitration (Counsel, England & Wales). She is a co-author of the book “2022 ICSID Rules and Regulations - Article-by-Article Commentary” and a frequent contributor to LexisNexis. Tatiana teaches with the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration and CIArb, and is a founding member of several arbitration conferences (TLVAW, CAD and SEEA).
